Katrina’s story is one worth knowing. Her path to this point and Figure It Out Accountants and Tax Agents has been an interesting journey.

Katrina owned a Painting and Decorating business whilst completing her degree in Accounting. Her passion and dream was to have a successful Accounting practice.

Since then, Katrina has had many notable achievements, including formulating policies with the Australian Taxation Office and the Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) and becoming one of Australia’s foremost Accountants in the Sex Industry.

“I could see the need for an Accountant who was sensitive to the financial needs of people in the sex and adult industries and the LGBTIQA+ commu­nities. I wanted to create a safe and confidential environment where people felt comfortable discussing their financial needs. Back then, there were few or no Accountants specifically there to assist the sex and adult industries or the LGBTIQA+ communities. “
